To hire a car, one needs to be at least 20 years old and have their B category driving license for at least 1 full year.

More specifically;
20-year-olds are limited to specific A-category cars.

21-year-olds and older are eligible to rent most cars.

SUVs and mini-SUVs are limited to renters of the age 23 and older.

Vans and mini-Vans are limited to renters of the age 25 and older.

To hire an ATV, one needs to be at least 20 years old and have a B category driving license for at least 1 full year.

To be able to rent a scooter, an A category driving license is required. Depending on the A category driving license (AM, A1, A2, A3), one can rent a scooter with the according engine power (CC).

After having gone through all the necessary steps in our website, at the end of the reservation you will be required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount. In this way, the reservation goes through our system and it is instantly verified.
The rest of the payment is completed in person, after checking the vehicle and signing the contract.

Our company offers refunds of the deposits paid (reduced by the amount of VAT tax paid, as per the receipts you receive), as long as you decide to cancel at least one week before the booking day.

If you wish to cancel in the one-week period beforehand, no refunds are given.

Unfortunately, no refunds are given once the contract is signed by both parties.

As Zakynthos is a highly popular destination, the demand of vehicles during summer only gets higher and higher. As a result, the prices of renting and the difficulty of finding suitable vehicles increases, as well.

Thus, by making a reservation beforehand, you ensure having a vehicle ready for pick-up, as soon as you reach your destination. At the same time, online prices tend to be lower and they also include multi-day discounts.

As of now, every valid driving license is liable for renting a vehicle.

The kilometers you can travel are unlimited, as long as you remain in the island; Zakynthos, Greece.

Depending on the location that you wish for, the company offers different options.

We offer free delivery and collection of vehicles at these locations;

Zakynthos International Airport, Laganas, Kalamaki, Agios Sostis, Lithakia, Zakynthos Town, Bochali

About other locations, we charge;

20€ /each route for Tsilivi, Argassi, Keri

25€ /each route for Alykes, Alykanas, Tragaki, Vasilikos

50€ /each route for Volimes, Kampi, Maries, Agios Leontas

The company provides every vehicle with free, basic, third-party insurance, unless the customer wishes to upgrade it.

Third-party insurance covers an individual or firm against a loss caused by some third party.

In other words, third-party insurance covers the renter in case of an accident, which was not caused by them. In this case, the renter is not required to pay any amount of money as form of compensation.

On the other hand, if the renter is the cause of the accident, the company's insurance will cover the damages of the other vehicle. As a result, the renter will be obligated to compensate for the damage they cause to the company's vehicle.

If the renter is at least 23 years old, you have the option to pay for an upgraded insurance; full insurance.

Full insurance is available only for cars and it costs an additional amount of money per day.

The cost and excess amount varies between the cars;

For typical cars, it costs 10€ /day and the excess amount is 600€

For SUVs, it costs 15€ /day and the excess amount is 1200€

For minivans, it costs 20€ /day and the excess amount is 2000€

Excess is the ceiling of money the customer needs to pay for damages in the case of an accident which they caused.

• Damages caused by the driver under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Damages due to driving inappropriately, recklessly, or negligently
• Damages caused willfully or recklessly by the renter (e.g. burning out the clutch, burning out the tires, sitting or standing on the bonnet, or the roof, or the boot lid of the vehicle, etc.)
• Damages that were caused because the vehicle was used off-road or in non-appropriate roads (non-paved roads, dirt roads, beaches, etc.)
• Damages due to traffic law violations (e.g. due to illegal parking)
• Damages to the engine by wrong fuel or negligence
• Damages to or loss of any glasses, mirrors, tires, rims, hubcaps, antenna
• Damages to the underside of the vehicle
• Damages in the interior of the vehicle
• Damages caused by an unauthorized driver
• Loss of personal items
• Loss, damage, or theft of vehicle keys
• Loss or damage of any accessories (e.g. child seats, jack, safety triangle, spare wheel, petrol cap, etc.)
• Total or partial theft, in cases where the theft was caused due to renter’s negligence (e.g., forgetting the engine keys on the vehicle)
• Traffic fines or any other administrative sanctions that may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law
• If the renter at the time of the accident does not notify the company

In scenarios like these, the compensation costs can exceed the excess amount, regardless of full insurance!

The fixed compensation amounts are;

• Car keys
  150€ for simple version
  300€ for special version
• ATV keys
  50€ per key
• Scooter keys
  50€ per key
• Baby seats
  100€ for infant seat
  60€ for booster seats
• Car / ATV / Scooter aluminum rims
  100€ per piece
• Very dirty interion
  80€ for deep cleaning

For any other damages/losses the prices vary and they will be calculated transparently and accordingly.

Once the immediate safety of both parties is ensured, the customers involved need to contact the company as soon as possible. Your failure to do so will have detrimental effects.

The company offers 24 hours /day road assistance so there should be no hesitation to contact us at any given scenario. Once we arrive at the scene of the accident or at the location that the vehicle broke down, we will try to assist in any way possible and we will also lead any needed legal procedure.

You have nothing to worry about, as long as you contact the company in time.

Road assistance is available 24 hours /day and it is completely free.

Customers will not need to pay for any problems that the vehicles come up with, if it the company's fault.

There are a few exceptions, whatsoever;

If you are advised beforehand to not travel to specific places in the island for specific reasons (e.g. after renting small 50cc vehicles that are not meant to be driven in the mountains, especially with two passengers, because they have difficulties), but we are ignored and problems occur, then you will need to compensate the company for our time collecting and transporting you and your vehicle back.

Another exception is if you neglect to report problems in time.

Incidents like flat tires can happen anytime. Obviously, you would not be held responsible for this. However, if you decided to neglect the flat tire and, at the same time, continued travelling, then you would inflect damage to the whole wheel. In this scenario, you would need to compensate the wheel.

Travelling outside the island, without the company's notice, is strongly prohibited.

However, if one wishes to do so, they can contact the company and ask them directly. If customers do not apply by this term, charges will be held.
