1. General Rental Information

What are the age and license requirements for renting a car?

Depending on the category, the following age requirements apply:

  • 19+ years for categories A Economy, B Economy, Automatic Economy.
  • 21+ years for categories A, B, Cabrio, Automatic, D Economy, 4×4 Open Top, 7 seater.
  • 25+ years for categories D, SUV Compact, SUV Automatic, SUV, Luxury, 9 seater.

A valid car driving license for at least one (1) year is required.

What are the age and license requirements for renting an ATV?

  • The minimum age to rent an ATV is 18 years.
  • A valid car driving license is required. No minimum holding period is necessary.

What are the age and license requirements for renting a scooter?

  • The minimum age to rent a scooter is 18 years.
  • A valid motorcycle license is required, corresponding to the engine capacity of the scooter rented. For further clarifications, contact us.

Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)?

EU licenses are accepted. Non-EU renters do not require an IDP, but it is recommended.

Can I add additional drivers to my rental?

Yes, each additional driver costs €5 per day. All additional drivers must meet age and license requirements and be listed in the rental contract.

Is mileage unlimited?

Yes, all rentals include free unlimited mileage.

Are there any restrictions on where I can drive the rental vehicle?

Cross-border travel is strictly forbidden. Ferry transport is prohibited without prior written approval.

2. Booking & Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

A 20% downpayment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid upon pick-up.

Can I modify my booking after it’s confirmed?

Modifications are subject to availability. Contact the rental company as soon as possible to request changes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to seven (7) days before pickup. Cancellations within seven (7) days are non-refundable. No-shows or delays exceeding one hour without prior notice are non-refundable.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

No extra charge for flight delays.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, but rental extensions require prior approval.

3. Insurance & Coverage

What insurance is included with my car rental?

  • Basic Insurance: Includes Third-party liability (TPI), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). No credit card or deposit is required.
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) – optional: Includes limited excess, theft protection, and fire protection.
  • Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) – optional: Includes minimal excess, protection for wheels, tires, glass, and mirrors, theft protection, and fire protection.

What is the excess for car insurance?

  • Basic Insurance: Full responsibility for damages (no excess).
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): reduced excess of €600–€1800, depending on car category.
  • Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW): minimum excess of €180 for any car category.

What insurance is included with my ATV rental?

  • Basic Insurance: Includes Third-party liability (TPI), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). No credit card or deposit is required.
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) – optional: Includes limited excess.

What is the excess for ATV insurance?

  • Basic Insurance: Full responsibility for damages (no excess).
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): reduced excess of €600–€2450, depending on ATV category.

4. Vehicle Pickup & Return

Where and when can I pick up my rental vehicle?

Free delivery and collection during business hours. After-hours services (22:00–08:00) incur a charge of €10-20.

How does the fuel policy work for vehicles?

Same-to-same policy: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup.

Can I choose a specific car model?

Rentals are based on categories, not specific models. If the selected model is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded vehicle will be provided at no extra cost.

5. Payments & Fees

What taxes are included in the rental rate?

All rental rates include VAT and local taxes.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit, and debit cards are accepted. No deposit or credit card is required for rentals.

Is a deposit required, and how much is it?

No deposit is required for rentals.

Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?

No hidden fees. All charges are outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

6. Additional Services & Support

Do you offer roadside assistance?

Yes, 24/7 Road & Phone Assistance is included in all rentals.

Can I rent child seats, GPS devices, or other accessories?

Yes, child seats and booster seats are available for an additional fee:

  • Child/Infant seat: €4/day.
  • Booster seat: €3/day.

What happens if I break down or need help during my rental?

Contact the rental company for 24/7 assistance. A replacement vehicle will be arranged if necessary.

How do I contact customer support in case of an emergency?

Contact information is provided in the rental agreement and confirmation emails.
