FAQs

1. Our Locations & Hours

Where are your rental offices in Zakynthos?

We have two locations:

You can pick up and drop off at either location.

What are your opening hours?

Our offices are open during standard business hours (08:00–21:00). Vehicle pickup or delivery outside these hours is available but incurs an additional out-of-hours fee.

Can I pick up at the airport and return in Laganas (or vice versa)?

Yes. You can collect from one location and return to the other. Simply select your preferred pickup and drop-off locations when making your reservation online.

Do you deliver vehicles across Zakynthos?

Yes. We deliver cars, scooters and ATVs to any location across the island — your hotel, villa, apartment or accommodation. No need to come to us.

Which areas do you cover for delivery?

We deliver island-wide, including Laganas, Tsilivi, Argassi, Kalamaki, Alykanas, Alykes, Planos, Vasilikos, Keri, Agios Sostis, Lithakia and more. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just ask — the answer is almost certainly yes.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees depend on your location and are calculated automatically at checkout. Deliveries or collections outside business hours incur an additional out-of-hours fee on top of the delivery charge.

How do I arrange delivery?

Simply add your delivery address or hotel name during the online booking process. All details are handled automatically — your vehicle will be ready at your door.

No minimum holding period is required for scooters.

  • ATVs/quad bikes.

Browse our full fleet at:

Bookings are by category, not specific model. If your selected model is unavailable, we’ll provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge.

Is mileage unlimited?

Yes. All rentals include unlimited mileage within Zakynthos at no extra cost.

Can I take the vehicle to another island?

Travel outside Zakynthos requires our prior written approval and payment of an island exit fee.

  • Travel to Kefalonia is the most common request — just ask us in advance.
  • For travel to Mainland additional mileage limitations may apply.
  • Cross-border travel outside Greece is strictly prohibited.

Can I put the vehicle on a ferry?

Not without our prior approval. Any damage that occurs during ferry transport is excluded from all insurance packages.

6. Pickup, Return & Fuel

Where can I pick up my vehicle?

At our Laganas Main Road office, our Zakynthos Airport (ZTH) office, or delivered to your location across the island — whichever suits you best.

What should I bring at pickup?

Your valid driving licence and a national ID or passport. All listed drivers must be present with their documents.

How does the fuel policy work?

We use a same-to-same fuel policy. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup. If you return it with less fuel, you’ll be charged for the missing amount plus a refuelling service fee.

What is the late return policy?

A 30-minute grace period applies. After that, a late fee may apply. Returns more than 2 hours late may be charged as an additional rental day.

What condition should I return the vehicle in?

The same condition as you received it, excluding normal wear. Excessive dirt, sand, pet hair, stains, burns or strong odours may result in a cleaning fee.

7. Payments & Fees

What does the rental price include?

All rates include VAT and local taxes. No hidden fees. 24/7 roadside assistance is always included.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit cards and debit cards are all accepted.

Do I need a credit card to book?

No. A credit card is not required to make or confirm a reservation.

Is a deductible deposit required?

No. There is no deductible deposit required for any of our rentals.

Are there any extra charges I should know about?

Possible additional charges include: vehicle delivery (depending on location), after-hours pickup or delivery, late return fees, and traffic fines incurred during the rental. Everything is listed clearly in our Terms & Conditions — no surprises.

8. Extras & Accessories

Can I add a child or baby seat?

Yes. Child/infant seats and booster seats are available for a small cost per day each. Select them at the time of booking.

Are any other accessories available?

Yes. Additional accessories such as phone holders and other small extras can be requested at the time of vehicle collection. Availability may vary.

9. Accidents & Emergencies

What do I do if I have an accident?

Contact us immediately. Do not move the vehicle unless we advise you to. You’ll also need to contact the local police and obtain an official Police Accident Report and Accident Care Report. Failure to report correctly may affect your insurance coverage.

What if I break down?

Call us — 24/7 roadside and telephone assistance is included in every rental. If the breakdown is not caused by misuse, we’ll arrange help and a replacement vehicle if needed.

What if a warning light comes on while I'm driving?

Stop the vehicle and contact us immediately. Continuing to drive after a warning light appears may void your insurance and make you liable for any resulting damage.

10. Exploring Zakynthos

Do I need a vehicle to explore Zakynthos?

A car, scooter or ATV gives you the freedom to explore the island on your own schedule — no tour buses, no waiting. Zakynthos has beautiful villages, viewpoints and beaches that are best reached with your own wheels.

What is the best vehicle for exploring Zakynthos?

  • Car: Best for families, longer distances and carrying luggage
  • Scooter: Perfect for solo travellers or couples — economical and easy to park
  • ATV/Quad: Great for those who want a fun, adventurous way to discover the island

Can I drive to Shipwreck Beach (Navagio)?

You can drive to the Shipwreck Beach viewpoint by road — it’s one of the most popular drives in Zakynthos. The beach itself is only accessible by boat.

Is driving in Zakynthos easy?

Yes. Roads are well-signposted and traffic outside the main towns is light. An automatic car or scooter makes it even easier, especially on hillier routes.

How long does it take to drive around Zakynthos?

The island is compact enough to cover the highlights in a day, but you’d want at least 2–3 days to explore properly without rushing. Having your own vehicle makes a huge difference — you can stop wherever you want, whenever you want.

What are the must-see spots in Zakynthos by car?

The Shipwreck Beach viewpoint, Keri Lighthouse, Agios Nikolaos in the north, the villages of Machairado and Kiliomeno, and the coastal road through Vasilikos are all worth the drive. A rental car or scooter opens up parts of the island that most package tourists never see.

Is Zakynthos good for a road trip?

It’s one of the best Greek islands for it. The roads are in good condition, distances are short, and almost every route has something worth stopping for. Even a half-day drive can take you through mountains, vineyards and beaches.

When is the best time to rent a car in Zakynthos?

Any time during the season works well, but if you’re visiting in July or August, booking your vehicle in advance is strongly recommended — availability fills up quickly during peak summer.

Can I reach the blue caves by car?

You can drive to the northern tip of the island near Skinari, where the blue caves are located. The caves themselves are explored by small boat from the shore — but the drive up there through the hills is beautiful in its own right.
