1. Age Requirements

Minimum driver age: 18 years.
Maximum driver age: 75 years.

Drivers must meet the following age requirements to make a reservation online:

Cars:
Minimum age of 19 for categories Α Economy, Β Economy, Automatic Economy
Minimum age of 21 for categories A, B, Cabrio, Automatic, D Economy, 4×4 Open Top, 7 seater.
Minimum age of 25 for categories D, Suv Compact, SUV Automatic, SUV, Luxury, 9 seater.
ATVs: Minimum age of 18.
Scooters: Minimum age of 18.

Age verification occurs at the rental counter. Failure to meet age requirements results in denial of rental without a refund.

2. Driver’s License

No minimum holding period is required for a driver’s license.

For online reservations:

Cars: Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license for at least one (1) year.
Scooters & ATVs: No minimum holding period is required.

EU licenses are accepted.  Non-EU renters do not require an International Driving Permit (IDP), but it is recommended.

3. Additional Drivers

Each additional driver costs €5 per day.  All additional drivers must meet age and license requirements.

All drivers must be specifically listed in the rental contract for the agreement to remain valid. In the event of an unauthorized driver, the individual will be held responsible for any damages, and no insurance coverage will apply.

4. Mileage

Unlimited mileage is included in all rentals.

5. Taxes & VAT

All rental rates include 24% VAT and local taxes.

6. Fuel Policy

Same-to-same: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up.  Failure to do so incurs a refueling charge.

7. Vehicle Selection

Rentals are based on categories, not specific models. If the selected model is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded vehicle will be provided at no extra cost.

8. Delivery & Collection

Free delivery and collection during business hours.Read FAQs.  After-hours (22:00 – 08:00) services incur a charge of €10-20.

9. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation for up to seven (7) days before pickup.  Cancellations made within seven (7) days before pickup are non-refundable.  No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.  Delays exceeding one hour at pick-up, without prior notice, are non-refundable.

After signing the contract, no refunds are given.

10. Flight Delays

No extra charge for flight delays.

11. Ferry & Cross-Border Travel

Ferry transport is prohibited without prior written approval.  Cross-border travel is strictly forbidden.

12. Rental Extensions & Late Returns

Rental extensions require prior approval.  A 30 minutes grace period is allowed.  Delays over one hour incur an extra €10 per hour. Beyond three (3) hours, a full day’s rental rate applies.

13. Car Insurance Coverage

a. Basic Package

Third-party liability (TPI)
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Unlimited Kilometers
VAT and local taxes
24/7 Road & Phone Assistance
No Credit Card or Deposit required
Full responsibility for damages

b. Standard Package (Includes Basic Package)

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Reduced excess of €600 – €1800, depending on car category
Theft protection
Fire protection
Does NOT cover: wheels, tires, glass, mirrors, interior, roof, underside, lost keys, wrong fuel usage. Read Terms and Conditions.

c. Premium Package (Includes Basic, Premium Packages)

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)
Minimum excess of €180, for any car category
Wheels, Tires, Glass, Mirrors Protection
Does NOT cover: interior, underside, roof, loss of keys, wrong fuel usage. Read Terms and Conditions.

14. Scooter & ATV Insurance Coverage

a. Basic Package

Third-party liability (TPI)
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Unlimited Kilometers
VAT and local taxes
24/7 Road & Phone Assistance
No Credit Card or Deposit required
Full responsibility for damages

b. Standard Package (Includes Basic Package)

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Reduced excess of €600 – €2450, depending on scooter or ATV category
Does NOT cover: wheels, tires, glass, mirrors, underside, lost keys, wrong fuel usage. Read Terms and Conditions.

15. Traffic Violations & Fines

Renters are responsible for all traffic fines and penalties.  Undisclosed fines may result in additional administrative charges.

16. Prohibited Uses & Insurance Exclusions

The following actions invalidate insurance coverage and will make the renter fully liable
for damages:

Failing to report damage or accident promtly.
Driving off-road or on unapproved roads.
Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Violating traffic laws, including speeding and illegal overtaking.
Operating the vehicle with an unauthorized driver not listed in the rental agreement.
Using the vehicle for commercial or illegal purposes.
Ignoring dashboard warning lights or continued operation after a warning.
Participating in races, rallies, or contests

Specific exclusions:

a) Damages caused by reckless or intentional misuse, such as:

Overloading the vehicle.
Damage to the clutch due to improper use.
Damages to the interior, including stains or burns.
Loss or damage of vehicle keys or accessories (e.g., child seats).

b) Damages resulting from:

Driving on non-asphalt roads.
Ignoring road conditions or signs.
Fueling the vehicle with the wrong type of fuel.
Using the vehicle for towing or carrying hazardous materials.

c) Any damages to the underside, interior or roof are not covered by any insurance.

17. Accident Reporting Policy

Contact our office immediately after an accident.  Do not move the vehicle until authorized.  Failure to report within 1 hour makes the renter liable for damages.

18. Vehicle Replacement

In case of breakdown or accident, the company will replace the vehicle as soon as possible, depending on the situation.

19. Child Seats

Child/Infant seat costs additional €4/day.
Booster seat cost additional €3/day.

20. Smoking & Cleaning Fees

Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited and comes with a fee of €80.
Excessive dirt, sand, pet hair may incur a cleaning fee of €50.

21. Fixed Penalties for Negligence

Lost Car keys: €150 for simple / €300 for special
Lost Scooter/ATV keys: €50
Lost baby/infant seat: €100
Lost booster seat: €60
Lost Car/Scooter/ATV plastic rims: €100 per rim
